The overall management of B.D. Associates is vested in a Board of Directors, concerned with the company’s long range objectives, policies and strategies. The day-to-day function of the each department is supervised and carried out by the concerned directors under the guidance and advice of the Board. B.D. Associates is comprised of several different departments, which operate on the domestic as well as the international market. Each unit operates independently, but can draw on the resources and financial clout of the others if and when required. The company operates mainly through five of its divisions
